‘God’s Finger’ is Fynite’s first single in 2021 after a short covid-period release hiatus.
The single sees Fynite, who recently relocated to Cape Town, collaborating with MC who delivers a soaring indie-influenced vocal on Fynite’s Afro house production topped with an emotional melodic hook and lyrics exploring themes of cycles, yearning and patience. ‘God’s finger’ forms part of an upcoming 4 track EP scheduled for an early 2022 release on soWHAT records.

Fynite, originally from Jhb, has under previous monikers released on Soul Candi, Defected & Strictly Rhythm. His first single was “On The Edge” on Sirup Music and soWHAT Records and the second “Keep Falling”. Fynite singles have been playlisted by some of SA’s leading stations including Ukhozi, Thobela, 5FM, Kaya, OFM, Bay FM, Trace Africa, college & community stations.
